CDGFix is not tested on Windows 8, and we cannot give any guarantees that it will run as expected on this platform.
A couple of customers have installed CDGFix on Windows 8, and they experience problems during initial startup and activation. From the messages we have received this far, it seems to be a problem with accessing some of the CDGFix system files. As it appears, Windows 8 is more restrictive on file access than previous versions.
Until we have tested CDGFix on Windows 8, and possibly done som adjustments, we do not reccommend installing CDGFix on this platform.
