Replace a single track in a NEO+G library

Sometimes you may discover that a track in a NEO+G library is bad, i.e. has garbled graphics, is out of sync, or in other ways are damaged. Stuck with this bad track? No, not using CDGFix 3 Super.

If the NEO+G library is not already located on your HDD you must start by copying it there. The library must reside on a writable disc, not a DVD, to be modified.

Next locate an error free version of the track you need to replace. If you have the original CD+G disc, for example, you can rip the track from there. When you have the correct track available open in it CDGFix by selecting Open on the File menu. You can now double check the quality of the track by playing it if you want to.

Next, select Save As on the File menu. In the Save File As dialog that appears start by selecting RSQ NEO+G Libraries in the bottom drop-down list. Then browse to and select the NAVI.IFO file of the NEO+G library that you want to update, and click Save (or OK). When asked whether to append to or overwrite the existing library make sure you answer append. Then you will be prompted with the Save Track To NEO+G File dialog. Select the track you want to replace, make sure the option Replace track is selected, and click Save. For more details please refer to the Save Track To NEO+G File topic.
