Toggles the visibility of the graphics border in the Player window. During normal playback of tracks the graphics border should be invisible.

In The CDG graphics format the graphics are defined by a grid of 18 rows by 50 columns. The top and bottom rows and left and right columns are used for creating graphics that can be scrolled smoothly into view. Hence if you play a track that uses scrolling with the border visible you will see "garbage" along the edges that pops forth and back.

However, when repairing a track that uses scrolling it can be useful to view the border. If the graphics that are scrolled into view are erroneous the only option to fix the tile is before it is scrolled in place, i.e. while it is still located in the border.
