Sales
All software is delivered as a download. The downloads available at CDGFix.com are for demonstration and testing purposes only. They cannot be activated. When you purchase CDGFix you will receive a download link to the full version, that can be activated.
CDGFix.com uses PayPal to handle all sales. When purchasing a product/license from CDGFix.com, you will be redirected to a secure order form on the PayPal site.
After the order has been approved, you will receive an email from PayPal with your new license key and instructions on how to download and activate the product.
If your email does not show up, check in your anti-spam software’s list of blocked messages.
Problems or Questions
If you have questions or problems regarding purchasing CDGFix, please contact sales at sales[at]cdgfix.com. Each order includes an Order ID and Tracking ID that is sent to you by email after placing the order. Please be sure to include at least one of these in your email.
Refunds
There are NO refunds once you receive your registration/license key.
You may evaluate the software players and utilities in UNREGISTERED mode for as long as you like to test and verify proper operation on your computer. If it doesn’t meet your needs or work on your system please do not purchase it.
If you find a problem or bug please report it and check back for updated releases.
Service Releases and Upgrades
The license is not sold on a subscription basis or with a term limit. Once purchased, you can continue to use it following the rules set out in the license agreement for the product. After the purchase, you may be offered service releases and upgrades.
A service release increments the second or third element of the version number, like this: 3.1 -> 3.2 or 3.1 -> 3.1a, and the build number. Service releases are released periodically to address bugs and provide minor enhancements.
Service releases are free. CDGFix will automatically download a service release if one is avaible and you have not disabled the option for automatic updates in CGDFix. You can also use the manual update function available in our products.
An upgrade increments the first element of the version number, like this: 3.0 -> 4.0. Upgrades contain significant enhancements.
Upgrades usually have a cost. The price will be determined at the time of the upgrade.
Licenses purchased up to 10 days before the upgrade release date are eligible for a free upgrade for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. After that time, the standard upgrade fees apply.
Demo Versions
Each product from CDGFix.com can be downloaded as demo version. The demo version is a limited version as opposed to the full version, Limited version means some functions are disabled or have limited functionality. When using these functions in the Demo version, you will be notified about the limitations that apply. Go to the download page and click the icon next to the product you wish to try.
Technical Support
Technical support is free. It is available even before you purchase a license.
Technical support is only offered through email or the CDGFix User Community.
You can contact Technical Support at this email address: support[at]cdgfix.com. We (CDGFix Crew) make every effort to respond quickly with useful information and in a pleasant manner.
Please review the product documentation first (online help).
Please search our User Community for same problem or similar problem.
If you are getting an error message, provide the entire error message text, or use CDGFix built in error report function to submit the error. We prefer the last alternative since it contains more detailed error report.
Technical support is not an unlimited resource. You are expected to try for your self and read the online help.
Privacy
Emails, contact form or application forms – When you send us personal identifying information by contacting us via e-mail (that is, in a message containing a question or comments),filling out a form or by submit error report that e-mails us this information, we use it to respond to your requests and be able to give better support.
We do not retain or distribute lists of e-mail addresses to any parties outside the CDGFix.com, Information collected via e-mail or Web form or application form will be retained at our discretion in a readable form for as long as necessary to complete our response. The e-mail or information may be retained in an archival form as required for history purpose.
